So I need a camera? Yes, you do! We plan to have the later part of the afternoon dedicated to tips and tricks of photographing outdoors around the city explaining how we work. If you don't bring a camera you will miss out! How many people will be at the workshop? We are accepting no more than 21 participants. Throughout the day you will be hearing and working with each of the 3 instructors. Is this workshop for amateurs, serious hobbyists, or full-time professionals? In other words - how advanced will the material studied be? This is an "intermediate" level workshop; therefore this workshop is not for amateurs, but is geared for serious hobbyists and full-time professionals who want to sharpen their skills and learn some new tricks. The attendees should know how to use a DSLR well enough to shoot in "Manual" mode. There should also be some basic Photoshop experience, including familiarity with basic color adjustments and layers. Will we be able to have one on ones with the instructors? In the evenings, we are dedicating a short period of time to critique everyones works, and to go out as a group together, which is a perfect time for you to munch and chat with your instructors. Where should I fly into, if coming outside of the area? If for the first day workshop, then San Francisco Int. and the second day into Sacramento. Is there a discount for a husband/wife teams, or if I want to attend both days? I am afraid not.
